SAS prestressed bars are an integral part of modern solutions in prestressing bridge structures, civil engineering and structural improvement.
SAS prestressed rod systems consist of threaded rods and smooth rods of SAS 950/1050 and SAS 835/1035 quality, as well as tested and approved anchoring elements specially developed for the systems.
SAS prestressed bar systems have been successfully installed for many years on transversely prestressed bridges and pylon heads. They are used all over the world in the construction of halls and stadiums to connect steel structures and cable systems and as auxiliary tools for bridge construction to attach auxiliary structures in bridge construction.
SAS prestressed rod systems have already been successfully installed to strengthen existing bridges, providing eco-efficient, long-lasting and modern solutions.
Modern wind farms require simple, fast and economical construction systems. SAS systems of prestressed bars installed in foundations and shafts help to optimize construction, while promoting renewable energy sources. The European Technical Approval ETA-05/0122 offers designers a tested system that takes into account all project-specific conditions.
Our customers have already installed prestressed bar systems in various projects, e.g. Capital Gate Tower in Abu Dhabi (UAE), Weir in Mont Saint Michel (France) and football stadium in Johannesburg (South Africa).
In the Balkans, we use this type of bars for the construction of the bridge on the Bosna river in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Babina bridge – the Zenica bypass – Bosnia and Herzegovina, the port of Kostolačka – Serbia, etc.
